Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Layer Me! We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return most items within 3 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Jewellery must be returned in the original box or pouch.

  • Gift items and sale/discounted items may have different return terms (see section 6).

To start a return:
Email us at ask@layerme.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll send you easy return instructions.

2. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Layer Me is not responsible for lost packages.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email about the status of your refund.

  • After we receive return package, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct size or design exchanges at this time. If you want a different item:

  1. Return your current item for a refund.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with unboxing video and photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including prepaid return shipping.

  • Replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
6. Sale, Discount & Custom Orders
  • Final Sale: Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.

7. Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • 5-7 business days to process your refund.

  • Time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
